Ur latest i94 takes precedence over oldest, so i797 recent ga osthe that wil take precedence over everything else

I had this problem.........

You will get I94 based on passport expiry date or visa expiry date what ever earliest date. you should be ok If had new i979 after you got i94.....if not you need new I979....

After new I797 went India and at Poe i94 admit date is with old  797(June 30 2017 because stamping date is 06-30-2017)

You are good to stay until 2018. If you go out of US after June 2017, you'll need stamping. Everything else is fine.

old employer tho 797 until 06-30-2017 and went to stamping got until 06-30-2017.after that changed employer got 797 until 08-30-2018. So in lastest Poe (last month) lo 94 admit date 06/30/2017 vundhi because new 797 chudaledhu poe lo so as per stamping 06/30/17 icharu...

now cbp office ki velli correction chepinchala vadha? If chepinchali ayethey any problems vuntaya because of immigration issues?

IMO that's not a problem. I too faced the same situation. Consult an advocate if you have questions.

Latest i94 takes precedence, in his case latest is at poe, so beyond 06/2017 out of status annatlu
