Recent ga telisina vallu .. approval vachaka ..old 797 tho enter ayyaru..then they went to canada side n came back same day with new 797.. current situation chusukoni decide urself

your i 797 valid till date would kick in once your i 94 date expire...!!!

but your i 94 can be easily fixed by visting deferred inspection site near your location.....just take your i 797 and passport to the  deferred inspection site...thank you

heard that they will not fix i-94 issue untill unless if that is there fault .. is that true ?

my case is i got new passport

same employer tho extension chepiste enti situation .. like my 94 and curretn h1B stamping expires in june 2017, employer ammendment n extension applied as i got promoted.. what my situation
