ISRO formed in the year 1969...these 3 decades are key for their success (80's, 90's, 00's) its nothing to do with "attached to current PM"...actually in the beginning years, Indians are against ISRO project  and thought of scraping totally.......

okay. So ISRO launching foreign satelllites with Indian taxpayer subsidy is something to be celebrated? May be you expect major news channels to boast about how they made fools of Indians.
