with 140 approved........but other employer is not willing to file h1b without copy of 140. Old employer not willing to share. How to proceed?

Yes 6 years aipoyayi and current employer is not giving I140 reciept and approval notice.

why transfer? what is problem with current employer?

money issue.......fed up......etc etc. Does new employer needs 140 copy to file extension?

Got full time and good benefits,currently with desi employer with no benefits. Want to settle now at one job anyhow no hopes of GC in near future.

yes, they need the copy of I 140 for H1b transfer, recently I transferred my H1b , the attorney asked for it, Ofcourse in my case I dont have an approved ( was in PERM applied status)

I too heard the to proceed futher with new employer they are looking for I140 copy if not they dont ...
