Fully taken over by H4 EADs ani cheppina kadaa, esp in QA inka cheppedemundi akkada. 

Inka antha fully taken over unte kothollaki chances eda dorukuthayi, whether it's H4 EAD or any other visa type. 

Maa friend valla wife 5 years experience QA la, looking in Charlotte for the past one year for a QA position. Can't relocate due to baby, em dorakale ippati daka. She's on H4 EAD too.

I tried hunting job in Charlett in November man,

after looking at the way desis changed things and made work places a perfect place to abuse, and wellsfargo and bofa la, mestris ni pogudutunraru bhai..

maa mestri chala manchodu, adagagane job ichadu, puli bhai chala powerful ani..so, i thought these guys must be really good and making good money and when i tried digging deeper, It was so ugly man..

at a point of time, i felt, manamu udyogam chestunama leka inkemaina chestunama ani...after that, okka job ki apply cheyaledu charlett la.

This is one city which should be avoided at any cost to settle down with family and kids...
