Maa uncle ki 40 age lo ne sugar vachindi...tintaniki yedi vandina, hai ga tinalante sugar undani bhayapadutunnadu....snacks ki buscuits tinalanna kani sugar count chusukuntunnadu....koncham food tips ivvandi....teliste meeku....

software pillal ki okaa range lo vastundhi,,,

so lite.. tips and tricks ki search online or meet nutrionist or diabetic doctor they wiill suggest accrdong to the numbers

Sugars are present even in rice ( complete starch ) , india lo vichithranga , sugar lekunda coffee and tea hagutharu , but they don't know that milk has sugars in it 

best is diet , exercise , weight loss and if not medicines , 

Diet is choose food with low carbs

Ask him if that's type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Type 1 ki insulin shots eskuntaru.. He can't do much rather than having a good diet and lifestyle. Type 2 untey its reversible within 8-12 months with diet and exercise. 

Foods to eat: morning eggs whole oka 4-5 it has fat and proteins and no carbs .. Afternoon kuda veil aithey eggs or chicken .. Night kuda chicken or fish. Basically ask him to go on keto.. And hire a trainer. Protein kuda limited 1.5g/kg/day per body weight teskovali. Cuz protein can turn into glucose too which is inefficient way for body ..but it can derive glucose from protein. No alchol. His age is 40 by 41 he can reverse it. Ledu laddulu tinta laddul laga unta antey em cheyyakem.  Show him this, " its always about what you want". No one can force anyone.

So synopsis is if you are on type 2 :

You can reverse it with diet and exercise.

Be on keto diet for a while.

Do resistance training / hire a gym trainer 

Stay away from carbs for a while. Chapsthis also have carbs. Eat good fats and protein. Carbs should only come from veggies mostly green.

Tagochu tappu ledu.. But timing is important. Meaning morning tagakudadu in this case due to insulin resistance. They can drink tea milk etc after 5 pm. By that time insulin will be at base level. The timing of food is very imp. Morning 2 idlis tints antey kudradu .. Insulin spike avtadi due to carbs.
