not sure about all the state govts. tg lo aithey okka rule undi. when a person already owns a vehicle, he/she has to pay 3% extra tax when they are buying second vehicle. daanikey janalu chaala loop holes vaduthunnaru.  wife meedha okka vehicle, husband meedha okka vehicle.
