judgeki emyandhi rules chepthe.. mona okadu PIL vesindu..shld oka constable adgavacha..and an he take keys from bike ani..reply..only more than HEad constabel ayithene alla cheyachu..anadu...so adhe vadu apply chesindu..he shld have got ticket instead they took keys...em analeni paristhithi..okadu edhuru turgadu ani garavapadala..leka adgina vadini bokkalo vesinaru ani badha padala..
