see how minority report assumes that majority people will be able to access that technology. That was the world then.

the world has changed. middle class people also, in their eagerness to become rich, will step on other people's rights without second thoughts. Soon they'll also be stepped on. the strong will win.

Elysium is the future. We already saw how poor people voted for Trump, just to piss liberals off. Not that Obama would prevent such a future.
