Mayawati has a hard time in this age of religious polarization, but she'll always have her base intact, and she can build on that, and strike when the time is right.

she won't indulge in religious polarization politics. simple.

Mayawati is fighting for dalit pride. the fact that a dalit could make coalitions and become CM is not a small thing. It improves the self esteem of the dalits. Otherwise you guys will keep on crying on dalits, and then ask what's the big deal.
