Bowling vs throwing (Cricket Experts)

I usually bowl medium fast. When I bowl there is no discomfort at all in my shoulder but when I try to throw somehow my shoulder hurts. Olden days lo konni mandhi bowlers ila chesevaru, throw kuda bowling action lo vesevallu, ala cheyyadaniki em reason ayi vundacchu.  

Ila evarikaina ayyinda, ainappudu em chesaru to solve the issue.

throw anedi without motion buddy, Bowling anedi motion tho patu flow avtundi. I face the same issue, nen fast bowling estanu, long on or Midon nunchi keeper end ki throw cheste okko sari cheyyi pattestadi, Regular ga gym cheste saripoddi.

nee bowling action meeda kuda depend ayi untundi man.. naa chinnapudu. coach cheppadu. i tried changing the action, by taking short run up and using energy when bowling.

any specific workouts? shoulder and biceps?

moreover bowling lo throw lo different muscles ni use chestav 

warmup anni muscles cover ayyettattu

chesukoo  

Also okasari research cheyyi same questions toh Google lo or social media lo cricketers ni tag chesi question padeyyi what they suggest

Specific workouts endii bro motham manchiga train cheyyi body ni. 

Virat kohli gadini chudu vadu annadu kada i concentrate on my fitness rest will fall in place ani

May be you are not following the right technique while throwing....nee shoulder, elbow, wrist anni specific position lo undali..try googling for correct throwing techniques.
