Marketing cheseytapudu,u should say i will decide my rate ani. Then after u agree then ask vendor to send rate confirmation email to you then u loop ur employer,this way u know ur billing rate. Now only way is to see purchase order from ur employer or say to vendor i will leave this project then see if he reveals.
