9. Every 2 hrs lechi oka 5  mins paatu walk chesi malla koorsondi anthey gaaani grudda ki gum athikinchinattu koorsuntey konchem danger.

oka green tea packet konukkoni office lo padeyy... roju regular water kante.. office lo unnappudu 8 hrs lo ..every 2 hours  ki full glass lo green tea eskoni taagu... everyhour regular water taagu.. hour ki oka glass choppuna.. (assuming you are in office for solid 7 hrs)

oka $100-150 farak padachu danikooda mana janalu paisal gurinchi choosukuntey how ya? afterall mana bagunteyne kada sampadinchagalam, manalni choosi mana kids kooda nerchukuntaru. anyways nenu veggie so normal market ki organic market ki naaku $150 kantey teda raadu nill lo monthly.

andaru nee laaga undaru thatha.. I have seen lot of ppl.. compromising on food so that they could afford  other materialistic stuff..

sare kani.. organic veggies ekkada konaali

whole foods/sprouts/farmers market/safeway?

every 2 hrs ki kakapoyina office lo unna 7 hrs lo atleast 2 to 3 times tagataniki try cheyyu... andulo different types untay (antioxidants, toxic reliever, regular green tea)

helps balance metabolism.. good digestion .

plan to  drink hot green tea after 20-30 mins of each meal .. you will see lot of difference in a week
