if you get a chance look at properties in zillow, find a proerty that was sold on 2000-06, then sold again in 10-12 n again in 15-17...u will understand what i m talking about

not sure what location ur looking in.....

Just do the math....

sit down, talk to banker, how much u can down!!!!, and delta to payments vs rent (i know this doesnt help u, but this is all i can say)

 

i think markets will slow down now, because of H1B n other immigrants feeling the heat.......

mostly 300+ home nonUS people ea kontaru, US vallu affordability antha  range lo undadhu, if they a capable...because of the marriage system here people will think 1000 times before getting into such big commitments. But manaki ani litigation levu, only east/west facing anthea 

andhukea realtors ki easy 300k+ home desis ki sell cheydham...already they know east facing trend and selling those for 5-10% extra cost
