H1B Amendment Fee entha avthadi including Premium Processing

 

ma employer gadu 3700 charge chesadu including Premium processing , this was done in last year before fees got hiked

My employer charged 12K for my amendment

h1b amendment fee $350 + attorney fee max $1000 + $1250 for premium

$325 uscis fee+$1000(Attorney)+$1225(premium), now USCIS fee changed to $460

Don't encourage employers to collect money from you for amendments. Only premium process laku meeru pay cheyandi and rest employer pettukovali. Year lo 2 projects change ayithe vade pettukunela chudandi. If more than 2 times then you pay. Meeru bench meeda unde badulu meere project chuskoni vadi monthly revenue run chestunnaru kada so understand and argue with employer  

And also why are you doing amendment in premium man. If your current visa is valid for minimum next 1 year then don't do in premium  premium costs $1250 it is too much

1) employers ni encourage manam cheyatam enti.....Amendment vade petkunta takva ki pani cheymante cheyam ga...manaki 80/20 kavali and amendment kuda kavali...
