1 simple reason, toyotas and hondas have under stressed engines, they dont operate at higher stress levels just to get performance numbers, their motto is reliability

german cars operate at 90% stress levels, hence they outperform japanese cars in performance but break down after few years

Spare parts quality.. Americans have the technology but not production quality.

TThuay use OEM from Japan and Germany

 

During 2011 tsunami..american manufacturing was hit heavily because shipping  of OEM from Japan stopped.

Notheye moved production to china  ..quality inka padi poindhi..

 

Ford has more engine burns than any other vehicle because of cheap parts to reduce cost

 

So don't buy american vehicles... Go for honda or toyota or Subaru.. fourth choice nissan
