Most of these riches are through resource exploitation

1.cheap labour (least bad thing)

2. mining

3. exploitation through political connections

Only recently are there some billionaires (and millionaires) because of startup activity. Not enough for a country of India's size.

India's stuck with casteism, and is a disgusting place to live and interact with fellow Indians. There's almost no space for intelligent conversation in India.

Also India has no cohesive plan to tackle the impending water crisis and water wars between states.

So NRIs are better off never going back to India.

How about making IT more employee friendly and spreading the industries to second level cities like VJA Gunut and warangal with the help of good transportation, power and facilities.
