You guys are scrubbed to do your jobs...and do not define it as talent or what ever you guys read it. and when you guys started it, you had started from scratch too,.

and so is the case with MS guys too, they start from scratch too and go up the ladder. and that is the real talent. Not getting trained professionally by slaughter house chefs to make a wonderful meal to N R Narayana Murthy. Unlike people who lack soft skills and etiquette habits. Software skills can be imparted even to a dumb guy and the result is bus loads of people imported from India under cheap visa category and its a known fact. You can make good money and grow as a mestri but what is the use of all these trainings when you dont know how to maintain standards and live one among this society ? Making money is not life neither is the motto but maintaining lifestyle, standard and education are really needed ...and ae soft skill leni gadidalu kuda vachi GUI anta,,TSQL lo SP's...adane vundurri SP raase kada..

intaku desi buffet hand tho tintava...leka spoon and fork use chestava ? Naku India nunde alavatu..elago edo oka roju desham daatutha ani ma intollu nerpinchinaru naku...mari mee narayanamurthy nerpiyaleda...h1 veyinchi tosi dobbithe saripodu, koncham soft skills kuda kavali

Says the guy who cannot get FT without faking. If you think you have great communication skills, why don't you try in Marketing, Sales, Finance? You anyway going to fake. Anta topu turumu ayite there are many more non-IT jobs. Chatakani edavalaki pakanodu epudu issue.

Venkata ne latntode okadini manchi nillu patuku rara ante pump degara peda line vundi ani vala meda edchadu anta.

ante, you mean IT jobs ki goddu chakairi chesthe saripotadi, soft skills, comm skills avasaram levu antav...anduke h1b uncles ki english raadu, mataldadam raadu, manager licking chesthe chalu , elago ala bratikeyali antav..anthe kada..

and how can you say that comm skills are not needed for IT and if one has good comm skills, they are better to do marketing, sales and finance ? Idane ardam aitundi mee sagam burra..and IT job ante FT okate kaadu ra dedh dhamak, oops, mee slaughter house lo ade kada niku nerpichindi, IT job cheyali ante full time cheyali ani...edikelli vastar ra bhai..

Comm skills and soft skills are needed very much in any job, its just a misconception that has been created by IT professionals especially from India who cannot communicate properly to cover up their weak points...

Ne assumptions ki dandam ra babu. I said when you are in IT you need IT skills more than soft skills.  Soft skills kavali ante whites ready vunaru kuppala mandi. What differentiates desis is IT skills. Neku soft skills inka IT skills vunte ikada vunadavu nuvu pakanolu meda edusta. Google, Amazon, Facebook lone enjoy chesta vuntavu.

Nenu munde chepa. Client degariki veli naku soft skills vunyi vadiki tech skills vunayi. Evarini vunchutav ani adugu. Simple no?
