+Personal experience. but be ready for delayed processing. 221g is pretty common now a days.

221g paduthunnayi  kontha mandhiki and wait time undhi but good thing entante they are clearing with in a month or so... urgent ayithe vellu if not avoid... my 2 cents...

manam choosetive nammithe ilane untadi choodanivi chala untayii. H1 to H1 with approved I 140 and 2010 kanna munde graduate ayyi oka 6 years same client ki pani chesina vadike last month 221g icharuu.. 221g ivvadaniki F1 to h1 H1 to H1 endidi..

group lo 250 people unaru bhayya..andhulo min 150 cases ivvi..2013 tharuvatha grad ani endhuku antuna ante...valaki sevis update vaatledhu anata..info ravtledhu..andhuke direct ga ni grad adgi direct ga slip giving akada...and taking 3-6 weeks now...221g common..but idhi mathram pakka..not only in hyd...chennai, mumbai lo kuda same scenario...

h1 stamping went smooth without any issues. not sure about OPT and F1 to h1 cases
