I feel on-premise is still the right choice for critical applications until the cloud bugs and security are fixed.

BI & Analytics on cloud is good option.

This is big blow to AWS especially at this point of time.

all Critical applications need to be on premise and non-critical/backups/DR to AWS is the right strategy.
