Hired personal trainer for first time

Weights training kosam hired personal trainer in the GYM , my friend suggested his personal trainer who is women , but i choose a Guy as felt they know better about weight training than women , any one has experience with women personal trainer

yes what do you want, women are good too, you just need to let them know about your goals clearly, men trainers preferre , but women will do too
