Hi, naadi h1 ammendmnet+Extension file chesaru.......7 mths ayyindi file chesi amendment_+Extension and it is still under processing......current i94 june 2017 lo expire avutundi......ippudu naadi amendment file chesina project ipoyindi.....idhi koncham unexpected ga end ayyindi......ippudu kotha project vere location lo vaste, what will happened to my old amendment petition.....asalu ela work avutadi ilanti situation lo....

Since it is extension also so first upgrade it to premium asap and see whether you get approval. If you get rfe about client letter or client related questions then client project very very recent 2 days back ayindi ani inko lca ala chesi submit cheyalanukunta but let's hope positive. Once your current extension+amendment is approved then mee employer next month lo ala inko kotha lca with new client location chesi malli amendment file cheyinchuko. 

Desi mestri gallu amendment strict anagane andaru ucha poskoni file chestunnaru coward fellows. Okkadu kooda risk cheyadu dare ga but mana daggara percentage lu baga kotteyadaniki matram dare chestaru.

Yes if project over and client location changed. You can file new amendment and submit letter to withdraw old amendment. 

But nuvvu extension kooda antunnav kada so first dhanni premium cheyinchukoni approve cheyinchuko. Current approved H1 and i-94 june 2017 varake undi antunnav kabatti so first pending lo unna extension+amendment petition ni premium cheyinchuko. Once everything went smooth and approved then appudu amendment apply chey.

i am working for a big srvcing company......vallu premium antha easy ga cheyyaru.......i94 inka valid undi kabatti i think may be they will file another ammendment+extension by withdrawing the old ammendment+extension

Ya. If current h1 validity falls less than a year and it is extension then premium is preferred way. 

 

Just amendment of existing h1 with validity of more than year then regular process is enough.

Premium ki employee pay chesukovachu legal ga so u can pay by writing check to dhs and give it to attorney. 

Why another amendment + extension? Your employer so strict or what

Process lo unna any type of H1b petition ni withdraw chesukovalante lawyer employer tharapuna oka withdrawal letter rayali by mentioning receipt number of h1 petition which is in process. Uscis vadu takes more time to withdraw this, they don't provide any acknowledgement receipt or any mail after they received withdrawal letter. So if you/your employer decided to go ahead with new amendment then start that fresh new petition asap and sametime you can submit withdrawal letter for previous amendment petition (withdrawal takes time).
