Srinivas's murder may not be a hate crime technically speaking

Yes this wasn't a planned murder. This was a reactionary one, not justifying the violent action or the murder at all but to say that the shooter had a pre meditated intent to target them based on their race is incorrect. 

He doesn't deserve the death penalty.

If at all these people had some patience to explain to him what they do and how it helps the US I don't think he would have had any grudge against them. The fact that one of them ran to get the manager and have him thrown out, and an over enthusiastic Ian stepping in to get him thrown out as well is what triggered this violence. 

Keep calm, and try to reason even with idiots. Even if they don't understand your point totally they won't atleast go all out and try to harm you.

People are setting very bad examples out of emotions. To hell with emotions, all that they can is feel for other's emotions and start donating for family protection and recovery being at a position where they don't need any.

start a gofundpage to raise $10,000 to meet educational expenses for the under deserved 100 kids for 1 year, You can barely see anyone donating a dollar.

Hypocracy. Bad man...very very bad examples. Let Sunaina live her life, she is still young,qualified,educated and has a means of survival, let he attempt to restart the life and plan accordingly but why the hell does Srinivas's friends feel that Sunaina needs money and raised 700k.
