రూ.70లక్షల జీతంతో ఎగరేసుకుపోయారు! 

కోల్‌కతా: ఐఐఎమ్‌ కోల్‌కతాలో చదువుకుంటున్న విద్యార్థులకి బంపర్‌ ఆఫర్‌ వచ్చింది. మేనేజ్‌మెంట్‌లో పోస్టు గ్రాడ్యుయేట్‌ చేస్తున్న విద్యార్థులకు క్యాంపస్‌ ఇంటర్వ్యూలో భారీ వేతనాలతో ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలు దక్కాయి. తమ విద్యార్థులు ఈ ఏడాది అత్యధికంగా రూ.70లక్షల వార్షిక వేతనంతో ఉద్యోగావకాశాలు అందుకున్నట్లు ఐఐఎమ్‌ ప్రతినిధులు తెలిపారు.

ఫిబ్రవరి రెండో వారంలో ఐఐఎమ్‌ కోల్‌కతా క్యాంపస్‌లో ఇంటర్వ్యూలు నిర్వహించారు. ప్రముఖ సంస్థలైన హెచ్‌ఎస్‌బీసీ, అవెండస్‌, ఏబీజీ, సీకే బిర్లా, అమెజాన్‌, విప్రో తదితర కంపెనీలు విద్యార్థులకు ఇంటర్వ్యూలు నిర్వహించాయి. ఫైనాన్స్‌ రంగంలో ఎక్కువ మంది కొలువులు సాధించినట్లు ఐఐఎమ్‌ ప్రతినిధులు తెలిపారు. ఐఐఎమ్‌ కోల్‌కతా క్యాంపస్‌ నుంచి మొత్తం 474మంది ఎంపికైనట్లు ఐఐఎమ్‌ వారు వెల్లడించారు. వీరిలో కొంతమందికి అంతర్జాతీయ ఆఫర్లు అందాయట. తమ విద్యార్థులు ఈ ఏడాది అత్యధికంగా రూ.70లక్షల వార్షిక వేతనంతో ఉద్యోగావకాశాల్ని అందిపుచ్చుకున్నారని వారు చెప్పారు. భారత్‌లో పని చేసేందుకు కుదుర్చుకున్న ఒప్పందాల్లో ఇదే పెద్దదని ఐఐఎమ్‌ తెలిపింది. విదేశాల్లో పనిచేసేందుకు 90వేల యూరోల(రూ. 63లక్షలు) వార్షిక వేతనంతో తమ విద్యార్థులకు ఉద్యోగాలు వచ్చినట్లు ఐఐఎమ్‌ యాజమాన్యం తెలిపింది.

ఫైనాన్స్‌ రంగంలో 29శాతం, కన్సల్టింగ్‌ విభాగంలో 22శాతం, జనరల్‌ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్‌ కంపెనీల్లో 15శాతం, సేల్స్‌ అండ్‌ మార్కెటింగ్‌లో 12శాతం, ఈ కామర్స్‌ అండ్‌ ఐటీ కంపెనీల్లో 14శాతం ఉద్యోగాలు పొందినట్లు ఐఐఎమ్‌ ప్రతినిధులు వెల్లడించారు.

Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta, finished the final placement process for the PGDM batch of 2017 within three days . A total of 474 offers were made to students, including those from international companies. The highest domestic package was Rs 70 lakh per annum, whereas the highest international package amounted to 90,000 Euros (Rs 63 lakh approx) per annum.

Mainly middleclass indian upbringing always teaches to play safe game.. that is why lot of talent is stuck to family life and regular cycle..

there are very few exceptions though
