Again, you asking me to repeat same story. That development cycle between 1995-2005 is not specific to CBN or Hyd. World IT and specifically Indian IT was growing multifold every year.

Is it a big deal for a person with CM power to do at least some things especially when chances are there India-wide.

Now coming to Vijayawada.....there is no chance at all as its image as caste hub is well known.

 

 

 

So your point is hyderabad would have been more or less same. CBN presence is just a marketing strategy?

Based on your logic.. all other cities in India should be developed like Hyd/Bang/Pune.... then why cities in MP, UP, Kerala, Punjab or any other state didn't developed as good as the cities you mentioned.
