Nee avva naadi same to same situation. Naa project ending in August and H1B ending in September, anduke long term contract kotta okati. But 6 months munde file cheyali unless you are okay with losing one month in the extension, anduke delaying till April anukunna but ee rule choosi inka immediately filing.

Ask him to file right now bro not July, amendment + extension both filing for my case. Mee odini kooda ade cheyamanu, and preferably next week itself. Atleast April 3rd lopate extension ochesthadi.

usually most of us fall under the September 31st cycle. (H1 expiry date)

ippudu extension unnollaki...like me....traveling kashtam until it gets approved.

and we cannot apply for extension before April1st. 1/2 are weekend anduke start date 3rd ani pettadu.

so i need to postpone or cancel my travel plans now..damn.

what about people who already applied in feb and march? Can they upgrade to premium in june or some month?

as long as we have receipt of extension then we can work and uscis is responsible for all delays. Our attorney can legally fight with uscis if this delay stops ur job. Even DL renewal kooda extension file chesina i797 receipt chuyisthe they renew your license for 8 months or something. Asalu premium process lekunte em chesevaru? this applies to all kinds of H1B petitions -> New, Amendment, Extension, Transfer...etc.

But start for applications submitted from April 3rd.

If applicant has a ongoing process, he can upgrade to PP now. but cannot do that in June. should be done before Apr 3rd i think.
