as long as we have receipt of extension then we can work and uscis is responsible for all delays. Our attorney can legally fight with uscis if this delay stops ur job. we can work for 250 or 245 somedays after the H1 expiry, if you have filed for extension in timely manner.

H1 extension ippudu unnavallu inka have to wait till last date. But that is ok as long as u filed extension and got receipt. receipt tho 8 months varaku pani cheyyochu after current h1 expiry. DL kooda Extension receipt meeda 8 months istaru. 

6 months cheyadam venakala ento reason. April 3 nundi 6 months ante October varaku and october 1 nundi kotha H1 lu start kavali kada mari so ee sari kothaga chese h1 lanni regular process lone vellali ani dani artam. 

I think main reason for this is Amendment applications.  Lakhs of Amendment petitions are increased these days and uscis is not able to process all those. USCIS should start the amendment process like LCA filing in online. Work site Location change is nothing but updating worksite Address in existing Approved H1 petition. adi online lo kooda cheyyochu if they introduce that process. I don't know why they need all h1 petition to just worksite address change/update. This uscis process is completly broken and too old.

Ipude file cheyochu ga ? Mi company attorney ki chepu, india velle plan undi, can u file for h1 extn now ani, 6-months mundhu nunchi chestaru, not an issue
