Pending lo unna H1B I-129 petition lanu process cheyadaniki idi chesarata. So chala H1B extensions and Anendments(mostly i guess lots of amendments are in pending) process lo unnay so vatini first process cheyali. Premium process messed up their system because venakala file chesinodiki premium lo 2 weeks lo approve avutundi but regular lo 6 months back apply chesinollasi still in process undi.
