Yeah man, After starting my career in Britain and eventually moved to US, I feel the difference. The desis are not as much cultured as they are in Britain. The desis in UK are humble and don't rant about these caste and fan wars all time time.

Bro, I do not get anything by posting my profile here. I am married and settled here in North London. I do not want to impress.

But till an year ago, somewhere settled in my mind was this feeling of loosing USA out and got consolation with UK settlement.

But after hearing all these Gajji issues and also the plummeting day rates in the USA, I am really feeling lucky. I was of the opinion that USA is the best for techies and any other country is not even close to USA w.r.t technologists. But here it is...UK, that made a difference for me.

Its for my self-satisfaction, not to impress anyone.

Bro, I had been to USA and stayed in schaumburg, Illinois close to that twin towers. Was working with AllState, NI at that time and was sent on deputation to Allstate, Barrington.

For 6 months, I had seen hundreds of desis in and out of Allstate. But I did not notice this much issue. So many North Indians and Telanganiites were there.

But in a couple of get togethers, when i said I was from VJA, people were looking suspicious at me!
