Put same restrictions as H1 or remove restrictions for both.

sessions opposed h4 ead rule very very strongly when it came out. Do you think he will let it continue and wont act on it even after becoming AG ? 

I am not saying it will happen tomorrow or next week. But odds are more that it might happen in future. No one knows for sure. I am just saying the odds are more.
