Its just showing links to other sites. Why are right needed?  Does https://news.google.com/ have rights to all the sites is shows in its news feed ?

The site does live updates, that means you leave the browser on and it updates new news links when ever any of the sites post new articles.

google news lo even we can customize  like news types , web sites ... even we can add our own feed etc.... why should someone use this one????

It aggregates the news from a bunch of sites and does live updates. And avoids having to see all the flashy banner ads on each of those sites

Yes crawl each site since RSS feeds not available for most of the sites.
