Ledhu ... phone and in person rounds cleared..  but tarvatha HR call chesi cheppindhi parllel ga vere candidate ni kooda interviewed and thanani considered ani .. I knew this would happen anyways endhukante HR round lo they asked abt sponsorship and i said kavali ani .. appude anukunna .. i might not get it ani .. 

I still wonder, lot of people in amazon get sponsorship so inkemyna iyyundali reason ani .. this happend almost 1 and half year back ..

No it is not 10 rounds. It was 10 members independently. That is is the new norm these days with mid-size firms that do not have structured interviews. 

Basically every team member comes and asks some questions and consolidate everything at EOD.
