senior developer ( .net /java)  ki 110-120 K is it ok ? mostly 110k. exp around 10 yrs. visa status h1b. NJ NYC area. current empoyer tho ok 10K to pay non compete agreement.current situation lo difficult to get fte, h1, gc ani pisthundi. soon or later h1b reforms ki high chances unnayi ani naa feeling..not much openings few consulting with only w2. not seeing any c2c.is this is the trend with others..dont wont to go to mid west only coast regions preferble becasue of security..

current employer tho visa renewl undi ee yr confused..
