B h1 inka approve avvaledu... ivala pilichi   ivala last day ani h1 revokd... old employer (A) kooda revoked.. stats lekunda 60 dys undachu kada... so questn enti ante... kotha h1 file chesetapudu client letter undala? else normal ga receipt number vachaka client letter submit cheyyocha..? 

normal process lo ayte idi work avtundi... ippudu out of status kada will this process work or not.?

Client letter lekunda cheyachu... RFE padidhi guarantee ga... apudu submit cheyachu

 

Anavasaram ayna issues lekunda vundali ante, with client letter apply cheyadam best.

even though A said they revoked H1 that won't happen very soon.. ask your friend to check the status of A h1 at uscis.gov my case status. if it shows already revoked.. then done otherwise he will be having time for new petition. but b h1petition apply chesi receipt vasthe chalu.. he can start working for B

client letter lekunda kuda h1b approve avutundi..naku 2 extns and 1st time h1 b without client letter aey approved without query however email convo , organization charts etc etc supporting documentation submit cheyandi to be on  safe side
