** Urgent help Needed on India visit **

Friends, Actual ga december lo india plan unde for h1 stamping but canceled that trip for some reason. Melliga May - June lo veldam anukunna and ippudu suddenly March end ki current project aipothundi and now stressed out and not sure malli new project epudu vasthundi and amendment ki premium processing tisesaru. so next 9 months varaku india velle chance ledhani anipisthundi.oka vela next project vachi amendment file chesthe, amendment processing lo unapudu stamping ki velocha or that is a big risk antara becuase new i797 undadu kabatti? em jarugutado ento telidu kani last 1 week nundi chala nervous and stressed out ayya Ee vishayam lo. More than 3 years aindi last time india velli and now in dilemma to take a right decision. Please advise guys who ever has good exposure on how to handle situations like this. Thanks.

Go for stamping before your project ends by end of march..Tijuana has dates too...you can file amendment once you get new project  and back from india trip..just an option

Premium processing teesesinaru...but try consulting attorney about the compelling and emergency reasons and see if you can utilise any of those compelling reasons to get your amendment processing done quickly.

Although premium processing teesesinaru ipudu, but chances are great that they will re introduce the system few months down the road...may be in the next 3-5 months. Its not that it has been completely revoked...Its only for six months, but chaces are good that they might introduce it again before six months..

and travelling is not advised, at least thats what attorney's suggest and you know the travel situation, so much uncertainty and increased vetting.

H1 extension processing unte poku adi torture but amendment ki India podanki sambandam ledu. Just apply for amendment and you can go its okay emana ante you can say that its in processing so its fine

Try to skip if possible the india trip. Alternatively mexico lo dates unnai chusko, and get stamped there.

leave iyyaru correct ye but explain cheyali office vallaki things. 6 months back client letter tiskunnadi undi but andulo dates em ledu and we can terminate this contract any time ani undi and vendor letter lo matram multiple year project ani generic ga undi with no date mentioned. picha confusion lo unna man like yetu side vellalo ardam kaka kind of road not taken.
