Taggadu.. land own ayite vadu ento avasaram vaste gani ammadu.. otherwise will wait for hype. Appu techi konna investor di ayite vadu vadi rate vachedaka ammadu.. otherwise they will be succumbed for borrowed money.  thats what happening.

Coresht...okasari say acre 1 cr ane sound vinnaka ...no one will be willing to sell it for less...reason vadiki anavasaram...1 Cr sound vinnam...oka 4 yrs late aina aa 1 Cr ravalsinde..so we will be better off buying after 4 yrs..@3$%

US lo foreclosures valla thagguthayee down market lo rates normal gaa. Manolla daggara full gaa savings, evadu loss ki ammadu. so alanti situation raadu.

investor should use his common sense to figure out if its just hype or if there is a real scope for growth...its the same as stock market investing man
