Coresht...okasari say acre 1 cr ane sound vinnaka ...no one will be willing to sell it for less...reason vadiki anavasaram...1 Cr sound vinnam...oka 4 yrs late aina aa 1 Cr ravalsinde..so we will be better off buying after 4 yrs..
