Vanguard lo cheyyi bro...Fidelity or Charles schwab are cool too...depends on what you want to invest in..stocks?funds?

Yes you can open IRA from any Bank. Try local banks, east coast ayithe Citizens bank provides good IRA options. But if you open IRA now last year tax returns ni etla alter chesthav? I think that is recommended from going forward

this money, you can get after you retire if you dont want to pay any fine or tax
