Thats your opinion bro...  Hung ayithe second party in the govt. can control some amount of corruption,etc. anedhi naa opinion. Of course only under fair conditions

I dont have a link... but your assumption is not completely true for example AP capital lo drainage system, roads and govt. buildings ki 1000 crores release chesindhi centre in 2015 I think ..TDP govt. used it for other purposes. They will show it as a expense at a later time period so same case with Backward dist.
