If I was you, I'd rather drive down another 3-4 kilometers and buy a house..even if its 200 yard house, I'd rather prefer such a thing than an apartment..

Even my though was same. But now a days its very difficult find the right House ..with all proper documents,No litigations, and loan eligiility.. really am trying for independent house only from last one year(my father is looking in hyd, as am in US) but still we will not find the right property

L00king for rental income- Apt is better  but Appreciation will be less. - Easier to buy and sell.

Long term plan is to sell and earn some good profits (alteast need to wait for 3-5 yrs) , house/land would be better..You need to have some decent contacts to buy n sell.

enta aptki enta rent vastai? for suppose oka 50L aptki enta rent vastadi aprox?

Gachhin bowli lo aite..for 3bhk With furnished you can get 30k rent at present...without furnish 25k  for 3bhk

Normally chandanagr,kondapur,manikonda also we get 20-25k for 3bh with furnished.. This is one of my friend view who has done some analysis ..

if anyone here is having ant other info..pls share

this is how it goes ..

10th floor paiki pothe around 4000 per sq ft 

Amenites & carparking oka 5 lakhs

Corpus fund(rate per sqft) 50 

club house  300

usually 2bhk 1200 to 1220 sq ft untadi all together including registration u will be end up near to 65 lakhs rent is approx around 20k INr to 25k INr..
