Chandanagar side gachibowli ki degara, where there is IT hub, andhu k ppl dont mind spending 30-40k/month for rent, inka show-off batch ekuva kada india lo ;) so osthay

@bezwada,

Even i too heard from most of the exp persosns..always independent house is best for Good appreciation in long run..for apartments the appreciation will  bein first 4-5 yrs..after that it there will  be no appreciation or very little appreciation
