May be its the only because ..you were only Ownership of Property and where as in apartments you will get very little land..which you can not use any othe rpurpose..may be this is reason

I have house in 200sq yards, ecil ki 5kms dhuuram lo, land+ house const ki i paid like 45L, i bought in 2011

ipudu same old house goes for 60L

develop avale kani area, rates easy ga peruguthay
