Gachhin bowli lo aite..for 3bhk With furnished you can get 30k rent at present...without furnish 25k  for 3bhk

Normally chandanagr, kondapur, manikonda also we get 20-25k for 3bh with furnished.. This is one of my friend view who has done some analysis ..

if anyone here is having ant other info..pls share

Manikonda is a decent area but it has got so many civic issues man - Roads are very bad and the other being water scarcity..

The only good thing is its proximity to the outer ring road and the IT hub.. It's not really worth paying 20-25k for a 3BHK in Manikonda.. Having said that, please do not choose yourself to reside in Manikonda..

Investment aythe apartment is a bad idea as far as i know....independent house value periginattu apartment value peragadu.

Yeah, for an apartment price depreciates with age whereas for land it goes up with each passing day..

In general the value of an apartment goes up for the first 5 years then it starts depreciating..So investing on an apartment isn't a good option..

Yes Might be he get more ..but that is fixed..in real estate its like a jackpot...sometime and all people are looking for this one only...to get a more price in short time ..thats why more people are turning towards real estate...in last month only my cousin sold one House for 1.65 cr..where as is total cost when investing 35 lakhs (construction+land value) in 2006...
