That's an inflating number..May be I am wrong too..Look for someone who can offer you @3800/sq feet which will cut down your budget by atleast 12-15 laks..

And I feel 7.64L for amenities is just outrageous..

in gachhibowli..i can not find any one who can offer @3800..ofcrs one builder is offering but its carpet area is so small...and cost leads to same rate only...

Even i too heard from most of the exp persosns..always independent house is best for Good appreciation in long run..for apartments the appreciation will  bein first 4-5 yrs..after that it there will  be no appreciation or very little appreciation

May be risk also there anna...Just if it is  not occupied..we have to be ready with huge EMI and also Huge investment in that one...

too much anna 3600 rate in LBnagar..for the same rate you can also get it in chandanagar..atleast in near future you are having scope of to get more rent compared with LB nagar (try with aparna lake side in chanda nagar almost they were offering the same rate

Yes agree with Money part..in independent house we have to take money along with mental pressure...i personally felt this pressure ..and i know much it is pain...

Bowenpally side naku rents anthaga thelidu..But I just want to let you know that my friend got a commercial complex near whitehouse in Dilsukhnagar for 1.2C and he's renting it out for 80K/month..
