depends on the no of units available..in in side of bowenpally the commercial spaces are not much worth..very lower rates only..for one shop of 1000 sq ft getting only 7k.

Mantri was one of the top notch builders in South India..

Well, in that case it shouldn't get more than 4300@sq feet. May be I have to revisit the prices again..But I feel 85L is little pricey man..

Yes i agree about mantri. and heard that Recently one Project get too delayed in Hyderabad(Mantri Project)...and What is your view about Prestige Group which they were coming with Project behind Continental Hospital

Risk is always there..That's the reason you have to do your R&D and ensure that you get a decent place in a decent area that is commercially viable..

Yes ..but Property(Land should be in GHMC area...so most of banks will provide loan... if land is in Gram panchayat...only very few pvt bank will give loan

Depends..Nu white entha isthunav black entha isthunav ..Daani batti untadi..General ga white thakkuva chupistharu..so that seller doesn't end up paying more tax to the government..
