You have to pay 20% of the total project cost ani edo untadi abba..However, the percentage depends on the total property cost that you are buying..!!

its true..if it is good property ..that property  and with affordable rate...we will came to know that...only after deal is done...and i came to know some properties very recetnly...madyalo  agents enter avutaru..and that property he can not share with any other agent also.. akkada Politicians kanan ekkuva Politics... for the sake commision(Huge money) with few sittings...almost 2 to 4% from both parties...

nenu already unna independent house konataniki antunna...land value 40L and house+land 65L anuko...which one is better ani

Yes ...Regiatratioin +Vat+Service Tax ( in between 9-10 %)..and some builders will charge TDS separatly for 50 lakhs above property... which is also seem slike 1% pof property value
