Custom Agile Methodology - A Big Frustration

Maa office lo oka QA di join aindi 4 months back, northy munda.. Testing cheyadam chaatagaka communication skills chala unnayi ani management ni goki scrum master aindi..
Inka appati nundi unna 3 teams ki daily agile meetings petti office environment antha karaab chesi dengindi..

Hours gurinchi transparency ani full micromanaging chestundi...self managing team kaavalante daaniki.. endo daani sodi.. Unnecessary reports prepare chesi management ki istundi..
Evadevadu enni hours ae tasks la meeda chesindu ani. Maa office lo management antha old school batch.. Problem ekkada undo akkada concentrate cheyaka e pichi munda sodi vintunnaru..
Nenu 2 years nundi chestunna e client place lo. Oka BA ledu, solution architect ledu. As we are developers we need to participate in all areas of software development.

So it went very smooth. But in current scenario e munda ki technical stuff ledu and commmanding on developers in terms of hours. You have to play that game as well man.... Wait for your time and express everything professionally in the meetings.... like

"I see more marketing here than the actual productive work in your processeses. The team has been falling apart with micro management and over-reporting. You need to revisit your skills and practices"  last lo "no offense.. i am just trying to stop the damage" ani cheppu.... Everyone will be alarmed and try to manage her... _-_
