you need background disclaimer: I am not a software progrmmer.. my job is on computers but mostly research.. I work with doctors, clinical teams to gather requirements and build databases.. weekly once manager tho 1 on 1 and we prioritize studies anthe.. no micromanagement

It depends, konni sarlu workload ekkuva untadi.. Vendors paina concentrate chestaru pull time saale gallu.. appudu I work upto 80  hrs a week to stay afloat..
