The solution for the problem is complicated.

If vendor doesnt pay your employer...then your employer have to hire an attorney to take the case to the court....or your employer can contact a 3rd party collection agency...but the process takes 2 to 3 months minimum...

But client ninnu fire chesthe...and then if your performance is not good at client place...then above things can be ignored...cant do anything...if client deosnt pay...

bro i have timesheets approved, client will not approve if performance is not good kada

i understand...my employer for 7 yrs 11 k munchadu while changing company...i know how much it hurts..naku relocation/marketing eppudu em cheyaledu...i just gave up because i was with him so long..future lo recommendation or full time appudu bg check affect avutundemo ani light tesukunna...

Some PM doesn't care..deal with vendor antaru especially americans ayite involve kuda karu though cannot generalize
