Same boat..Either employer has to pay or fight..Employer per LCA pay chesthe u cannot complain to dol..EE reason choopinchi pay cheyyaka pothe dol ki complain cheyyochu..

 

I am also planning to reach out to media..Will put all my emails to vendor, vaadi details..In online and planning to send to all media..Oka Telugu vaadi vyada in usa..Nuvvu kooda add ayyithe manchi racha cheyochu..Exploring options like local Congress man etc..This will not guarantee money but never know..

you can't complain to DOL because vendor is not paying you man... It is your employers duty. The only way to get the money is first try to talk to client manager, if not possible ask your employer to send them an email via attorney that you are sending this to Collection by which ideally they get nothing but sometimes you will get money with that route.
