Lawyer ni hire chesthe sue ki use chestharu..Like greater than 50k..Lawyer ki some  basic fee pay chesi after case win ayyithe percentage dobbutharu..Big lawyers small amount ki interest choopincharu..Some lawyers will work on these cases..

Most employers don't go that route as u said time and legal issues..ide reason cheppi naa employer escaped..

Bottom line manaki bokka.. Employer off the hook since he pays min LCA.. Bottom line after 2-3 months frustration we will become normal..By self experience..

If employer thinks he can do anything to vendor but they won't..Hence vendor takes chances and puts naamas to coolies..
